How do I sign up?

Who can drive the car?
   Sorry, but for insurance purposes only members can drive our cars.
Can I buy extra points?
   Absolutely. Members can add additional points by phone or online through the member’s web site with a credit card.
How do I schedule a car?
   Once a member, you can contact us by email or phone to request a car for a specific time period, or you can use our members’ portal on our web site to reserve a car online. The second option is optimal since you have the ability to review the current calendar and see at a glance what cars are available when. Then, with a few clicks, you can reserve your car. You can also schedule any elective services to be performed on your personal car while driving you Black Diamond Motor Sports car.
What types of service can you perform on my personal car?
  • Oil changes.
  • Interior and exterior detail.
  • Tire rotation.
  • Delivery to your mechanic or dealer for more extensive services.
  • I am really having fun can I extend my reservation?
       You may, if there is not an existing reservation for the car during the period you wish to extend. Simply give our office a call and we can handle your request.
    Are there limits to the number of miles I can drive?
       Yes, there are. Vehicles are limited to an average of 150 miles per day for the period of the reservation.
    What do I do if there is a problem with the car or an emergency?
       In each car, there is card with procedures to follow in case of an emergency. Members will also have access to a 24-7 phone number that will be answered by out concierge service who can ccontact the appropriate parties.
